We learned all about apples this week with our read aloud titles: The Apple Orchard Riddle, Autumn is for Apples, Fall Apples Crisp and Juicy, and Apple Countdown.
We read apple poems, did an apple dot-to-dot, and did some other fun apple counting sheets.
We also watched this fun video about Johnny Appleseed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ev4-8oPEnZY
APPLES
by Helen H. Moore
Apples, apples, what a treat,
sweet and tart and good to eat.
Apples green and apples red,
hang from branches overhead,
and when they ripen, down they drop,
so we can taste our apple crop.
