Report Cards

It is hard to believe that the first trimester has already come to a close. Report cards went home yesterday in manila envelopes. Please sign and date the envelope and return them to school next week.

As most are aware, the goal is to have all children at or above a 3 by the end of first grade. This means that they are proficient in each standard listed. X’s indicate a topic that has not been fully introduced yet. 1’s indicate that your child is currently struggling in that area and needs help from others to do what is asked. 2’s indicate that your child is showing understanding at this time, can work mainly on his/her own, but will need more exposure and practice to be fully proficient. 3’s indicate an area where your child has already demonstrated his/her proficiency.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me at or call me at school.
